The Santa Browser Chrome Extension offers a streamlined experience of Santa’s New Tab Page within the Chrome browser. While it provides access to curated content, web3 tools, coin recognition, dApps, and integrations, it does not replicate the full functionality of the Santa Browser. Certain features such as Always-On mode, sidebar apps, native ad blocking, and full wallet access are not available through the Extension.

Access to some web-based apps may be limited due to browser restrictions or third-party embedding policies. The Extension may also display optional promotional content inviting users to try the full Santa Browser experience.

Santa is committed to user privacy. The Extension only collects data necessary for basic functionality and service improvements. This may include:

• A unique, non-personal client ID
• Limited usage metrics and interaction data
• Basic device or browser information

We do not collect browsing history outside of the Extension’s new tab experience, and we do not track users across other sites. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including but not limited to its content, design, software, trademarks, and logos, remain the property of Santa or its licensors. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Extension unless expressly permitted by us.

The Extension may integrate or link to third-party websites and decentralized applications. These are operated by external entities and are not under our control. Santa is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We may update or modify the Extension from time to time to improve performance, ensure security, comply with Chrome Web Store policies, or add or remove features. Updates may be applied automatically. Continued use of the Extension after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Santa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Santa, other users, or third parties.

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. Santa does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Extension will be error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
